Shift Differential: Evening $1/hr and Night $5/hrAnnual Student Loan Reimbursement of $3,000 after 90 days of employment

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
  • Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
