What are some common challenges faced by nurses returning to practice through an RN refresher program, and how can they be addressed?

Nurses re-entering the workforce through an RN refresher program often encounter challenges such as adapting to updated clinical protocols, new technology, and changes in healthcare regulations since their last practice. It can also be daunting to rebuild clinical confidence and adjust to fast-paced environments. Graduates are prepared to re-enter the workforce and provide safe, effective patient care in a variety of clinical settings. Full Time RN Refresher courses are often required by employers or state boards of nursing for re-licensure or employment after a career break.
