Job description

Savannah Vascular Institute, a large vascular surgery physician group practice is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to work in a busy ASC assisting the physicians with interventional and peripheral studies as a circulating nurse, pre and post-surgical care of vascular patients, medication orders, discharge orders, etc. Provides patient education and counseling under the direction of the physician. Assists physician with procedures as needed with sterile preparation, assessment, documentation, and monitoring consistent with the policies and procedures of the Angio Lab. Procedures include arteriograms, dialysis access, port placements, etc. Three to five years ASC/Circulating nurse experience preferred.

Full Time. Day Shift. Monday through Friday, no call, no weekends.

Current BLS and ACLS required.
