Yellville, Arkansas | Boston Mountain Rural Health Center
Exciting things are happening in Yellville!
Our dental clinic expansion is complete, and Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is building a stronger, larger dental team to serve our growing community. We are now accepting applications for a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us as we open the doors to our newly expanded space.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our dental team, you will:
  • Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and professionalism
  • Provide exceptional chairside support and patient care
  • Take and process dental radiographs
  • Support nitrous oxide monitoring and preventive procedures
  • Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
  • Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient

You won't just assist - you'll play an essential role in improving oral health in our community.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred
    (On-the-job training available to obtain RDA licensure - experience required)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (class + exam with passing grade)
  • Prophy certification (class + exam with passing grade)
  • X-ray certification (class + exam with passing grade)
  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred
  • Minimum of two professional references from previous employer
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
