Job Description:
Central State Hospital is seeking full-time RNs for night shift (7p-7a) and day shift (7a-7p)
  • 3 shifts per week (12 hour shifts)
  • every other weekend off
  • weekend premium ($1 additional)
  • 10% shift differential from 3p-11p
  • 12% shift differential from 11p-7a
  • 1 year experience preferred but not required
  • Base hourly pay: $37.50

Essential Job Functions:
  • Plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care activities utilizing the nursing process through active participation in the treatment planning process.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process throughout the patients hospitalization, from admission to discharge, consistent with the patients age, gender and cultural specific needs.
  • Assess, supervise and maintain the safety, integrity and therapeutic nature of the milieu.
  • Complete documentation and assignments within established time frames.
