Full Time

Location: Alexandria, LA


We are actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a 54-bed Telemetry/Renal unit in Alexandria, LA. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.


Position Overview:

  • Full-time RN opportunities (2–3 openings)
  • Care for a diverse patient population across Telemetry and Renal specialties
  • Work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong clinical support


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of RN experience required
  • Experience in high-acuity settings such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Renal preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to confidently respond in code situations
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork


Schedule:

  • Day and Night shifts available
  • Self-scheduling offered after orientation
  • Typical schedule: 3 days on / 2 days off with rotating weekends


Orientation & Support:

  • Structured onboarding with a dedicated preceptor and clinical educator
  • Personalized support based on individual development needs
  • Night shift hires will complete most of orientation on days before transitioning


Compensation:

  • $27.30/hr – $45.97/hr based on experience
