At West Woods of Bridgman Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center, we are a family serving families with the highest level of care and compassion. We are in search of Full Time Registered Nurses to join our team of exceptional caregivers.   The position is responsible for supervising, providing and coordinating nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory policies and procedures and to assess residentsa care needs and take appropriate action to ensure that the residents can reach their fullest potential.

Salary:

  • Registered Nurse:                   $33.00 - $38.00 based on Years of Experience as an RN / LPN
  • Sign on Bonus:                        $8,000
  • $2.35 in Direct Care Supplemental Pay through September 30, 2022
  • Pick Up Bonuses                     $10/hr
  • 8 or 12 hour shifts

Essential Functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement policies & procedures.
  • Supervise and Lead all direct resident care.
  • Comply with federal, state and local regulations.
  • Administer and document direct resident care, medications, and treatments per physicianas orders and accurately record all care provided.
  • Assess residents and develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on individual needs.
  • Work cooperatively with residents, nursing staff, physicians, families, consultant personnel, community agencies, and ancillary service providers to ensure residents receive the appropriate care.
