  • Develop instructional plans and support Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the Education Coordinator and multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide engaging classroom instruction that helps students achieve science-related IEP goals while developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and real-world application skills.
  • Conduct formal and informal assessments to monitor student progress and guide instructional planning.
  • Adapt lessons, activities, and projects to meet the diverse abilities and unique needs of each student.
  • Participate in TEAM meetings, Treatment Team meetings, and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Implement the school's Behavior Management System with consistency, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, clinicians, families, and outside partners to support student success.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and teacher team meetings.
  • Serve as a positive adult role model and contribute to a culture of respect, teamwork, and inclusion.
