About the Team:

Our DCIO team partners with retirement plan advisors, consultants, TPAs, and other industry professionals to deliver investment solutions across the defined contribution marketplace. Working closely with Senior Retirement Consultants, you'll help drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand Invesco's presence within the retirement industry. This collaborative, sales-focused team values relationship building, industry expertise, and a client-first approach to helping retirement professionals and plan participants achieve their goals.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Partner closely with DCIO Senior Retirement Consultants to execute territory business plans and sales strategies.

  • Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to retirement plan advisors, consultants, and other retirement-focused professionals.

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns designed to drive engagement, meetings, and sales opportunities.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the defined contribution marketplace.

  • Provide consultative support to 401(k) advisors on Invesco investment capabilities and retirement solutions.

  • Coordinate meetings, follow-up activities, and territory management initiatives on behalf of the external sales team.

  • Maintain consistent communication with advisors and industry partners to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.

  • Utilize CRM tools to document activity, track pipeline progress, and support business development efforts.

  • Collaborate with internal partners across sales, marketing, product, and client service teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

  • Support retention and asset growth initiatives within existing relationships.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Prior experience in sales, relationship management, or business development within financial services.

  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.

  • Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Atlanta, GA area.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of retirement plans, investments, and financial markets.

  • Must possess FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or obtain them within 90 days of hire.

  • Candidates holding equivalent securities licenses and registrations will also be considered.

This role is ideal for a retirement professional who combines investment knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a passion for helping advisors deliver better retirement outcomes for plan participants.
