Type:Non-Exempt

Work Schedule:Full-time,AMShift(10:30am-7:00pm)

Compensation:$20.35-$20.35perhour

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serving Line: Set up, dish up, clean up; grills, steamtables, hot and cold boxes, sink, fryer.

  • Vegetable Prep: Food service prep, pre-service set-up, re-supply, clean up.

  • Beverage Bar Service: Pre-service set up, dish up, replenish beverage dispensers during meals.

  • Dishwashing: Clean during and after meal service, carts, counters, tables, dishwashing machine.

  • Pot & Pan Area: Clean before, during, and after meal service; pots, pans, utensils, racks.

  • Dining Room: After meal clean up table service; condiments containers, napkin holders, tables.

  • Deli Bar Service: Pre-service set up and clean up; salad bars, machines, ice, soda, juice.

  • Speedline Service: Pre-service set up and clean up; grills, tables,fryer, steam tables, relish bar.

  • Daily: Clean lavatories, restrooms, decks, office spaces, and floors using correct chemicals on all surfaces. Dust and wipe down fixtures, fill dispensers, empty trash containers, vacuum, and mop floors.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of food service experience preferred.

  • Current, valid Washington State Food Worker Card.

  • Ability to workboth independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must have the ability toperformthe following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to45pounds.

  • May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

  • Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

Requirements:

  • A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage byTessera'sinsurance.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
