• Conduct detailed initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing their coping mechanisms and fostering emotional resilience.
• Employ a wide array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting methods as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and effectively meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by keeping abreast of current research and advancements in mental health, and actively participate in workshops and training opportunities.

The clients you will serve include individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse among others. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve improved mental health outcomes. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing counseling services within a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to handle diverse and complex client cases.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a multidisciplinary care approach.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and various software tools essential for documentation and client management.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, family therapy, substance abuse counseling, or couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and workflows that enhance the therapeutic experience.
