• Conduct one-on-one, couples, family, and group counseling sessions through virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients.
• Assess clients’ needs through thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on their objectives and mental health goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality and tracking progress effectively.
• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices and developments in mental health counseling to continually enhance service quality.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an active and valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
