Medina Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the convenience of working from home while serving a diverse client base. Though not physically present in a traditional office, you will be part of a vibrant collegial environment that prioritizes collaboration and professional support. Our outpatient setting allows you to engage directly with clients, providing therapy that fits their unique needs in a comfortable and confidential space.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and treatment needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that target individual patient goals and incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Providing individual and family therapy sessions using a variety of modalities, ensuring that therapy is tailored to the preferences and requirements of the client.
• Collaborating with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Our therapists work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will support clients facing a wide array of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions, fostering both personal growth and collective healing within family systems. Given the nature of the outpatient office, clients are often referred to us from other healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations; thus, strong collaboration skills are essential to enhance treatment outcomes.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a comparable discipline is highly preferred.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in your state of residence.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare in a remote setting with the ability to adapt to clients' unique needs.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting.
• Proficient in utilizing various therapeutic modalities and techniques relevant to marriage and family therapy.
• Experience in working with adult clients and/or child and adolescent populations is highly desirable.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team. Our benefits package includes:
