Growing transportation support team based in North Carolina is hiring full-time Remote Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers navigating their daily transportation needs — answering calls, solving problems, and making sure every interaction feels personal and professional.

No call center background required. We'll train you from day one — you just need to bring solid work experience (any industry) and a genuine willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with patience and professionalism
  • Support customers through transportation-related questions and issues
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date in company systems
  • Follow quality and compliance standards on every call
  • Show up reliably for training and your scheduled shifts
  • Communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully — even under pressure
