• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional needs, incorporating standardized tools and individualized interviews.
• Develop and implement bespoke treatment plans that target the unique goals and circumstances of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing techniques grounded in established practices.
• Monitor and assess clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment methods as needed to align with their evolving needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards of practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and psychiatric nurses—to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research, treatments, and ethical guidelines, integrating new knowledge into practice.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including regular supervision and training sessions, to enhance clinical skills and competencies.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various behavioral concerns. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, demonstrating a track record of success in helping clients.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care approaches.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR, is a plus.
