• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify specific needs and concerns, using standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, aligning therapeutic goals with clients' personal aspirations and challenges.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques to address clients' emotional difficulties.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on various topics, such as stress management, coping strategies, and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive peer environment for shared healing.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, ensuring that treatment plans remain dynamic and responsive to clients' evolving needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and additional mental health professionals, to enhance the overall care and support for each client.
• Document all client interactions meticulously within our electronic medical record (EMR) system, adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions, keeping abreast of emerging trends and evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

You will be directly working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds who may be grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our client population reflects a wide array of experiences, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and sensitivity in your counseling approach. Your efforts will not only help clients address their personal struggles but also support their broader social contexts and relationships.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field, equipping you with the foundational knowledge required for effective counseling practice.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• A minimum of two years' clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a solid foundation in assessment, treatment, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport quickly with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience working with diverse populations, especially in a telehealth setting, and familiarity with the unique challenges posed by remote counseling.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and teletherapy platforms, enabling efficient and effective client management and communication.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 and 95,000 annually, complemented by additional financial incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
