• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Medical Team Administrator to design and implement mental health treatment plans both within the clinic and extending into the community.
• Conduct mental health in-service training for medical, psychiatric, and security staff to enhance understanding and responsiveness to patient needs.
• Effectively intervene in and de-escalate mental health crises, ensuring the safety and support of all patients and staff in high-pressure situations.
• Participate in commitment hearings as required, advocating for patient needs and legal considerations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic goals for individuals, taking into account their unique circumstances and mental health histories.
• Document all patient interactions comprehensively, maintaining meticulous records that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Safeguard confidentiality of medical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational best practices.
• Verify the mental health history of incoming patients, including past psychotropic medications, to inform treatment decisions.
• Prepare routine and special reports for review, contributing valuable insights on patient progress and clinic operations.
• Coordinate with nursing and mental health staff to ensure proper referral processes for patients upon discharge or at key transition points.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing challenges such as substance use disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and chronic mental health issues. As an LPC, you will encounter a wide spectrum of cases, from patients navigating acute crises to those engaged in long-term therapeutic processes. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of documented clinical counseling experience is required.
• Strong background in mental health assessment and intervention methodologies.

• Proficiency in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
