• Conduct individualized, couple, family, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns and outline therapeutic goals, taking into consideration client feedback and progress.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, facilitating skills development to manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to coordinate optimal care for clients.
• Maintain precise and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay informed about the latest trends in counseling and mental health.

The LPC will serve a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socio-economic statuses. Our clients experience a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of diverse mental health perspectives are crucial in providing effective care, fostering trust, and ensuring that clients feel respected and valued.

• A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted professional counseling license (LPC) in the state of Oregon is necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds effectively.
• Proven aptitude for working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Experience in dealing with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in practice.

• Experience in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• A track record of successful client outcomes and positive feedback from clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
