Keys to Living Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding mental health team. • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess client needs and strengths, creating personalized treatment plans to guide therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver impactful therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on relationship issues, stress management, and emotional challenges.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision meetings and training workshops aimed at professional development.
• Continuously research and apply the latest trends and practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Maintain ethical standards, including strict confidentiality, in all therapy sessions while adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.

As an LMFT at Keys to Living Therapy, you will serve a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, addressing issues ranging from marital discord to anxiety, depression, and family conflict. Our clinic's client-focused approach aims at creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals and families can effectively navigate their challenges and work toward positive change.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid, independent licensure in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
• Proven expertise in therapy practices, with experience in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment strategies for diverse client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster a strong therapeutic alliance in an online setting.
• Proficiency and comfort using telehealth platforms and online therapy tools to enhance client engagement.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with different therapeutic approaches and methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Experience working with a broad range of issues affecting individuals and families, including trauma-informed care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
