• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, history, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions to enhance client well-being.
• Provide direct psychotherapy to clients using solution-focused techniques and modalities appropriate for diverse populations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Facilitate psychoeducation and support sessions for clients and their families to empower them in managing mental health challenges.

You will primarily work with individuals struggling with an array of mental health disorders, including, but not limited to, trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression. Our diverse clientele ranges from adolescents to adults, requiring a tailored approach that considers their unique backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. You will play a crucial role in supporting them on their path to recovery and resilience.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
