• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns.
• Provide therapy services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring evidence-based practices are employed to support client progress.
• Collaborate with clients in establishing therapeutic goals, offering guidance and ongoing support as they navigate their mental health journeys.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy—to cater to the unique preferences and goals of each client.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our focus is on empowering clients to overcome their challenges and improve their mental well-being through personalized support and evidence-based interventions.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; preference may be given to candidates holding a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in remote communication, enabling effective rapport-building and connection with clients via digital platforms.
• Exhibiting empathy, compassion, and a strong understanding of the diverse experiences of clients.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities to efficiently handle therapy sessions and necessary documentation.

• Experience working in varied therapeutic settings, particularly in outpatient or remote counseling environments.
• Familiarity with therapeutic tools and platforms such as telehealth technology, which enhances the therapeutic experience.
• Demonstrated experience in working with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, or adults) and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to incentivize new licensed therapists joining our network.
