• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health statuses and challenges. Utilize solution-focused approaches to create tailored and effective treatment plans.
• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), based on best practices to guide clients through their healing processes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation meets organizational standards.
• Engage in collaborative case management by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Participate in regular peer consultations and case reviews aimed at enhancing best practices and fostering professional growth.
• Provide education and ongoing support for clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources, empowering them on their recovery journeys.
• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health by integrating new research findings into your practice, ensuring that clients receive the most effective care possible.

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds, facing varied mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in facilitating positive transformations in their lives through innovative and personalized treatment approaches.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Competence in utilizing solution-focused approaches and therapeutic techniques that align with the diverse needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively manage complex clinical situations.
