• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to patients experiencing various conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional and social functioning by utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.
• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices tailored to meet each patient's specific needs and cultural context.
• Engage and collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuity of care.
• Constantly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on individual responses and feedback received from both patients and team members.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, potential treatment options, and available community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent are always maintained.

The successful candidate will work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals who face socioeconomic challenges, cultural barriers, and diverse mental health needs. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience delivering psychotherapy and mental health services to clients with diverse needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating your ability to establish rapport with patients and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and experience in crafting evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to individual patient profiles.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and healthcare software to maintain accurate patient records and coordinate care effectively.
• A robust understanding of mental health disorders and a compassionate attitude toward addressing patient challenges.
• A commitment to ethical practice and the ability to navigate complex emotional and professional situations with sensitivity.

• Experience working in community health settings, specifically with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience providing psychoeducation and skills training to clients and families.
