• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing both standardized tools and personalized interviewing techniques to understand and address clients’ mental health concerns.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and meticulously monitor progress throughout the duration of their treatment.
• Provide teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual appointments, ensuring that therapy remains accessible and convenient, regardless of their physical location.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, reflecting our commitment to accountability and high standards of care.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities, attending workshops and seminars to continuously sharpen your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest practices in mental health care.

Our practice serves a diverse client population grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a mental health therapist, you will be equipped to provide culturally competent care to individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring that their unique experiences and stories are acknowledged and addressed within their therapeutic journey.

• A current and valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD) in the state of California.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Show empathy and compassion, applying a non-judgmental approach to each interaction with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Exhibit proficiency in organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective handling of caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing direct therapy to clients.
• Demonstrated experience with varied therapeutic modalities and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or the elderly, may be advantageous.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and client load.
