This role operates in a fully remote telehealth setting allowing for substantial flexibility and the convenience of working from any location within the state. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to identify symptoms, issues, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, adjusting strategies as necessary to align with clients' evolving needs.
• Provide engaging therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, effectively utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
• Support clients in setting achievable goals, offering guidance and motivation throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Document client progress and therapy session notes accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in weekly supervision and collaborative meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and foster professional development.

Your clients will range from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with diverse populations, necessitating culturally competent care that reflects a deep understanding of individual backgrounds and life circumstances. Providing them with empathetic support, you'll help clients find pathways toward healing and personal growth.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport and connection with clients in a remote setting.
• A commitment to continuous learning and personal growth in mental health practices.

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with technology-based therapeutic methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing time and organizational tasks in a remote environment.
• Experience in providing therapy for specific populations, such as children, families, or individuals coping with trauma.

• An annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
