In this remote role, you will utilize a telehealth platform to conduct sessions, which allows for a flexible schedule while fostering work-life balance. You will have the tools and resources necessary to operate efficiently, including access to client management software and electronic health record systems. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using virtual platforms, catering to a diverse client base.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health statuses.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities and provide guidance for individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress notes, complying with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment strategies and assess client functionality.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed of best practices and innovations in mental health care.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

• Experience providing telehealth services, with familiarity in utilizing telecommunication tools for client engagement.
• Background in program development and implementation in a mental health context.
• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) is desirable.
