This position is designed for remote work, enabling counselors to consult with clients via a secure telehealth platform that aligns with HIPAA regulations. • Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, ensuring an accurate understanding of their unique situations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific psychological and emotional challenges faced by clients, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs and aligning with best practices in mental health care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and maintain a seamless experience for clients.
• Educate and engage clients' families, providing them with insight and tools to aid in the recovery process and foster open communication.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that comply with all regulatory standards, ensuring each client's dignity and privacy are upheld.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a clinician at Gotham Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients on their personal journeys toward recovery, fostering resilience, and equipping them with practical coping strategies.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Massachusetts.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated training or experience in clinical mental health counseling, showcasing a passion for helping others.
• A solid comprehension of evidence-based practices relevant to treating a spectrum of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating the development of strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Proficient collaborative abilities, essential for effective teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, managing a caseload of clients with varying mental health needs.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote counseling and therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally competent therapeutic practices.

• Annual salary range between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
