As an Enrollment Experience Specialist Associate, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless access to healthcare for our members by administering enrollment and eligibility accurately and timely. Your contributions directly impact member satisfaction and the overall operational efficiency of our organization.   • Collaborate with team members, vendors, and cross-functional departments to timely and accurately resolve inquiries.
