Northridge Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team as a full-time therapist. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while still engaging closely with our clinical team and support staff. • Conduct individualized assessments and provide therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing mental health crises.
• Collaborate with first responders to deliver on-site crisis interventions, including determining appropriate transport of clients to care facilities as needed.
• Lead dispatched mobile teams, offering clinical guidance and instruction to team members during crisis situations.
• Complete thorough clinical assessments that accurately depict clients' needs, developing detailed treatment recommendations based on best practices.
• Facilitate appropriate referrals for additional placement, case management, and aftercare services for clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of community resources to support clients effectively and ensure a holistic approach to their care.

This role primarily focuses on clients coping with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders. You will work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your therapeutic interventions to meet their unique circumstances and challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we strive to honor their individual experiences while supporting their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current, unrestricted licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Exceptional clinical judgment with the ability to navigate complex emotional scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of adolescent mental health and familiarity with co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, demonstrating professionalism and resilience.

• Experience with crisis intervention and working collaboratively with first responders.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated skill in building rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
