This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As part of a telehealth facility, you'll leverage technology to conduct therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and collaborate with clients. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status and emotional well-being of clients using established diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, facilitating an inclusive and productive therapeutic environment.
• Monitor clients' progress consistently, utilizing outcome measurements and feedback to adjust treatment plans and interventions effectively.
• Offer crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional stabilization.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring holistic care delivery.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and practices.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to reflect on clinical experiences and develop professionally.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize culturally competent approaches to ensure that every client feels valued and understood, tailoring your therapeutic techniques to meet their unique needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A genuine empathy and compassion for clients, demonstrating a dedication to their mental health needs.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

• A minimum of three years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with telehealth platforms and providing virtual therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Experience with crisis intervention and support.
