• Document clinical records accurately and promptly, adhering to federal and state regulations, and organizational policies.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and various other mental health challenges. Your role will be to provide culturally competent care and to support clients in navigating their mental health journeys while utilizing a strengths-based approach.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions.
• Proficient in solution-focused therapeutic practices and interventions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
