This full-time position allows professionals to provide therapeutic support to clients across the United States through our streamlined telehealth platform. This role is entirely remote, allowing our counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that counselors can easily connect with clients and deliver effective mental health care. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating predictable and structured work hours.

• Conduct virtual mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and milestones, ensuring measurable progress is tracked throughout the treatment process.
• Engage clients in telehealth sessions that are accessible and convenient for them, while adapting communication styles to suit diverse client backgrounds.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with standards and regulations, ensuring complete and accurate records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills, stay updated on best practices, and improve client outcomes.

Our clients span various backgrounds and demographics, with a focus on those exhibiting low-acuity mental health needs. We work primarily with individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, and stress management, among other common mental health concerns. Because all clients are pre-screened, our counselors can devote their energies to providing high-quality care rather than dealing with crisis situations.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) with no history of disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to handle diverse cases effectively.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities, with the ability to adjust approaches based on individual client needs.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards relevant to remote mental health services.
