• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, tailoring treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. For example, you may employ cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to assist clients in managing anxiety or depression.
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to design and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
• Guide clients in developing coping strategies and actionable plans for long-term change, fostering empowerment and self-efficacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your therapeutic modalities and outreach efforts.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients from the Johnstown community and surrounding areas. Our patient population includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to support clients across different life stages, from adolescents to seniors, promoting holistic healing and personal transformation.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active Pennsylvania mental health license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience, demonstrating expertise in providing effective therapy services.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth therapy, trauma-informed care, or working with underserved populations will find their skills particularly valued within our clinic. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) or Motivational Interviewing (MI), is also a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by an extensive benefits package.
