• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing secure telehealth software to provide individual, couple, and family counseling.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans responsive to each client’s unique goals and challenges, frequently revisiting these plans to reflect their evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress in compliance with professional standards and legal requirements using our electronic health record system.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support during sessions, equipping clients with coping strategies and resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, promoting client confidentiality and integrity in all operations.

This position focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, families facing relational challenges, and couples experiencing conflict or life transitions. You will engage with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues. Understanding and sensitivity to cultural differences are vital as you navigate therapeutic relationships and provide tailored approaches to meet your client's needs.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and tools for conducting remote therapy sessions.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience providing mental health services in a telehealth setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in crisis intervention, client assessment, and treatment integration.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally-responsive therapy techniques.
• Strong organizational abilities, enabling effective management of client caseload and scheduling.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
