• Conduct individualized remote therapy sessions, utilizing our secure online platform to facilitate effective communication.
• Work collaboratively with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their wellness goals.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive, organized, and accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow mental health professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Adhere to ethical and state-specific standards in the provision of therapy, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.

This position requires a deep understanding of a diverse client base, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and psychological challenges. You will provide support to individuals across various demographics, adjusting your therapeutic approach to be culturally competent and respectful of individual differences. The role offers the opportunity to facilitate meaningful healing journeys for clients who may feel isolated or stigmatized by their mental health issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include one of the following:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven capacity for empathetic engagement.
• Comfortable with technology and skilled in conducting sessions remotely, ensuring secure and effective therapeutic environments.
• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.

• Prior experience in providing therapy to individuals in a virtual setting.
• Familiarity with the latest telehealth technologies and best practices for remote patient engagement.
• Experience in tailoring treatment programs to meet the specific needs of clients.
