• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns using standardized tools and interviews to formulate clinical diagnoses and create effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain precise and confidential electronic client records that adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, including treatment progress notes and evaluation results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment plans, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training, and seminars to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Our clients come from varied backgrounds and demographics, facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to provide tailored therapeutic interventions that address the unique experiences and needs of each client. You will play a crucial role in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is necessary to meet licensure requirements.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively evaluate and address clients' needs.
• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Capability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in the mental health field.

• Previous experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is highly desirable but not a strict requirement for this position.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic techniques will be advantageous as we transition to more digital engagement.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
