• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and behavioral disorders, ensuring accurate diagnoses.

• Deliver individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded care for clients, contributing insights to team meetings and care plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of clients’ treatment and progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Central Mind of Cure, you will provide support to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is pivotal in creating safe spaces for clients to express their feelings and work towards personal growth. Understanding each client’s cultural background, values, and context is crucial in delivering compassionate and effective counseling.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.
• Proficient experience in offering individual, couple, and group counseling services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, fostering an environment of acceptance and understanding.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a remote team setting.

• Previous clinical experience in a community health setting.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
