• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring that the information gathered informs personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and personal goals, focusing on both short-term and long-term mental health outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions.
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress through comprehensive notes in our secure electronic health records system, adjusting treatment plans as needed in response to client feedback and clinical observations.
• Deliver crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques and creating immediate safety plans for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation is completed within the prescribed timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and social workers, contributing to interdisciplinary treatment meetings aimed at providing comprehensive care.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and research, participating in training sessions to enhance clinical competencies and integrate new practices.

Our services primarily target adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relational challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including credentials such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a proven ability to develop effective therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a deep-seated empathy and commitment to client welfare.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team framework.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal frameworks governing mental health practices.
• A commitment to professional development, demonstrated through participation in regular supervision and ongoing education.
