• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing recognized screening tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client feedback.
• Provide diverse therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, physicians, and social workers, to ensure integrated care for all clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops on emerging evidence-based practices and therapies.

We serve clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues among others. • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques and different therapeutic modalities.
• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and the legal requirements surrounding mental health practice.

Experience working with diverse populations and high-need clients is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous. Those with specialized training in evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
