• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges, using evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through their issues.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated care strategy for clients.
• Educate and involve clients' families by providing resources and support to aid in their understanding and participation during the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of sessions and client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Substantial training or experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid understanding of diverse mental health disorders.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals.

• Experience providing therapy in outpatient settings, particularly through virtual platforms.

• Attractive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
