In this remote outpatient position, you will work from the comfort of your own home while having access to our advanced telehealth technologies. You will connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a therapeutic atmosphere for your sessions. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, effectively diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals.
• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs and outcomes desired by each client.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing your skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines and legal mandates.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate and enhance service delivery for clients.
• Engage in educational initiatives with clients and their families, offering insights on mental health conditions, available treatment paths, and community resources for ongoing support.
• Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be equipped to tailor your therapeutic approaches to suit each client's unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, as mandated by Texas state guidelines.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities, with a strong ability to forge meaningful relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time efficiently, while also thriving in a collaborative team-oriented atmosphere.
• A deep commitment to upholding the ethical and professional standards in all aspects of client care.

• Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting is favorably viewed but not mandatory for the right candidate, particularly for entry-level roles.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and documentation systems, enhancing the delivery of care in a remote setting.

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus to new hires.
