This position operates in a primarily virtual setting, facilitating remote counseling services to a diverse client base. Additionally, you may occasionally work from our outpatient office in Columbia for collaborative staff meetings or training. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, along with telehealth options seamlessly integrated into the service model.
• Document treatment progress accurately and follow company protocol for ongoing evaluations, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and educators, to coordinate services that support the holistic well-being of clients.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to motivate clients and help them achieve or surpass their personal growth objectives.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client interactions reflect the high standards of our organization.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our center is focused on providing comprehensive family therapy services that address issues such as communication barriers, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique circumstances, empowering them to heal and grow.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong knowledge of family therapy principles and mental health practices.
• Experience with client documentation, including diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
• Proficient in maintaining stable and appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a family therapy context.
• Familiarity with effective fee collection practices during service delivery.
• Experience in addressing the needs of clients facing addiction and other co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, along with a demonstrated ability to facilitate therapeutic conversations.

Micro Precision Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
