• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use history, mental health status, and treatment requirements, employing standardized tools and frameworks.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that comprehensively address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, ensuring each plan is tailored to individual client needs.
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions using therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness.
• Cooperate with a dedicated treatment team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to create an integrated care plan that promotes seamless communication and effective treatment delivery.
