• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance abuse history, mental health status, and recovery needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that holistically address addiction issues as well as any co-occurring mental health challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Work closely with a treatment team to ensure integrated care strategies that enhance patient outcomes, participating in regular case reviews and team meetings.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process to foster a supportive network and enhance the recovery pathway.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• Thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
