As a remote telehealth position, this role allows for a flexible schedule, accommodating your availability with options for evening and weekend hours. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health conditions.
• Develop detailed and personalized treatment plans that specifically address both addiction and any underlying mental health issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other treatment team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction, allowing you to support clients facing significant life changes as they work to achieve sobriety. You will work with a diverse clientele, tailoring your therapeutic interventions to meet a variety of personal backgrounds and recovery stages.

• A valid professional license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Proven expertise or specialized training in addiction counseling is a must.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Demonstrated strong therapeutic and counseling skills, including the ability to motivate and support clients effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, accompanied by a $3,000 sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
