• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy to clients coping with a spectrum of mental health conditions, ensuring that each session reflects evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and promoting client engagement.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, adapting approaches to meet client-specific circumstances.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and support risk assessments as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring that all records remain confidential and accessible for quality assurance purposes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, counselors, and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care and comprehensive treatment pathways for clients.

• Act as an advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources such as support groups and local services that promote wellness and recovery.

• Engage in regular case reviews and staff meetings, actively participating in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional growth and clinical knowledge.

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and young adults who face social, developmental, and academic challenges. • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred; an active Washington Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure is required.

• Knowledge of clinical terminology and best practices in the field.

• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and timely documentation; strong attention to detail is a must.

• Proficiency in managing your calendar, ensuring deadlines for documentation are consistently met.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology, electronic health records (EHR), and general computer systems.

• Competence in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and other specialized software.

• Experience in community health settings or similar environments that cater to diverse populations.

• Previous involvement in program development or peer training initiatives.

• Specialized training or certification in areas relevant to youth mental health issues, such as trauma-informed care methods.
