• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' mental health conditions and any co-occurring medical issues that impact their treatment.
• Develop tailored, integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical concerns, considering each patient's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, aiming to promote personal growth and overall mental wellness.
• Actively collaborate with primary care providers and specialists, ensuring a seamless continuum of care that optimizes treatment outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering support during moments of mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and stability.
• Educate patients about the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, empowering them to take charge of their well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Engage in team meetings and case conferences, contributing your expertise to interdisciplinary care planning.

You will primarily work with a diverse population that includes individuals facing complex mental health issues alongside medical conditions. This particular focus on integrated care is central to our practice, enabling us to address the full spectrum of our patients' health needs. Your role will be vital in improving their mental well-being and quality of life.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.
• A strong background in addressing mental health needs for clients with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals alike.
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and patient confidentiality in all interactions.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records and other clinical software systems.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit, essential for functioning effectively within an interdisciplinary care team.

While a foundational qualification is required, experience in a similar outpatient setting will further enhance your ability to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives. Preference will be given to candidates who have a background in multidisciplinary collaborations and understand how to navigate healthcare systems effectively.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
