Overview

Do you love data entry? Consistency in your work? Give great customer service? And speak Spanish? Come join our Accounts Receivable team as a Billing Specialist!

You will be responsible for connecting with customers with past-due balances and finding ways to resolve billing-related customer issues. A great benefit to this position is its consistency of repeatable tasks, and working with a fantastic team! This position has the potential to be remote after a period of in-office training and is for our Logan, Utah location.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of a Billing Specialist

  • Support the growth of Fox Pest Control through excellent customer service
  • Connect with customers to resolve billing issues; collect payments, release invoices, data entry
  • Contacting customers by phone, email, mail, and by text
  • Process all work with integrity and incredible attention to detail
  • Consistent full-time work schedule - 8hr shifts between 6 AM-6 PM
Qualifications

What is needed to be successful?

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • College Degree (preferred, but not required)
  • At least 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Happy, positive personality with a willingness to improve
  • Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
  • Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
  • Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
