• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify clients’ therapeutic needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methods to fit unique client situations.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring personalized care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated support that enhances overall client care.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, and leverage electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.
• Stay current with emerging research, trends, and best practices in mental health by participating in professional development workshops.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zenith Mental Health, you will engage with a varied client population seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Your role will emphasize building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, recognizing the unique cultural and personal contexts that can influence mental health.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Arizona.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing counseling services in a recognized setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines governing counseling practice and demonstrated ability to uphold these standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of establishing effective rapport with clients.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and familiarity with relevant software applications.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• Previous involvement in a telehealth setting is highly regarded, as it enhances familiarity with remote service delivery.
• A track record of collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Zenith Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
