• Conduct personalized therapeutic sessions, performing thorough assessments and evaluations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, families, and couples.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to apply the most effective strategies suitable for each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines to provide comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training to stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse group of clients.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
