• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs, creating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapy sessions utilizing secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and trust while adhering to best practices in mental health care.
• Engage clients in establishing realistic therapeutic goals and supporting them throughout the treatment journey, providing ongoing feedback and adjustment to strategies as necessary.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches to cater to differing client preferences and situations.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to organizational standards for record-keeping and compliance.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster connections with clients in a remote setting.
• Empathy and understanding toward the experiences and challenges faced by clients in their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your schedule effectively while ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling through telehealth or remote platforms.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
• Experience working with specific populations such as youth, couples, or culturally diverse individuals is a plus.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
